Définition et utilisation
La fonction ftp_nb_put() télécharge un fichier sur le serveur FTP (non bloquant).
Astuce : Cette fonction (contrairement à ftp_put() ) récupère le fichier de manière asynchrone, vous pouvez donc effectuer d'autres opérations pendant le téléchargement du fichier.

ftp_nb_put(ftp_conn, remote_file, local_file, mode, startpos);
